Our next livestream project at TYP will be the play The Wolves streaming March 24-27 at 7pm and March 28 at 4pm!!! Pulitzer Prize finalist The Wolves is the debut play of up-and-coming playwright Sarah DeLappe. Featuring an all-female cast (comprised of nine adolescents and one briefly-seen adult), The Wolves chronicles six Saturday mornings in the lives of a soccer team somewhere in suburban America as they prepare for their games. The girls discuss everything from genocide to menstrual cycles to drugs to boys to literature to each other, and a group of girls whom at first seem indistinguishable as each is referred to by only her number and all are clad in the same jersey only bearing her number quickly become identifiable and different. In the course of six short weeks, the Wolves deal with love, loss, and identity in ways that real teenagers do. The Wolves received the American Playwriting Foundation's inaugural Relentless Award in 2015 and premiered Off-Broadway at The Duke at 42nd Street in September 2016.
Tickets are on sale now for TYP's next livestream project on March 24-27 at 7pm and March 28 at 4pm. Intended for mature audiences. CAUTIONS: Strong Language and Mild Adult Themes
Please join us for an evening of 10-minute plays performed by the young artists in Theater for Young Professionals' Monday night acting class. Characters laugh, cry, fume, hate, plead and question life and death, good and bad in this collection of plays woven with humor and heart. Prom Royalty: What begins as a wonderful parade ride for high-school royalty dissolves into a hilarious disaster. Ghost Trackers: Four high-school students visit a haunted house in the hopes of catching paranormal activity for a school project. Subtext: Boy and Girl are on a first date. Their inner thoughts (Sub and Text) follow them around saying what Boy and Girl are really thinking. Danny: Three sisters visit their brother, Danny's, gravesite on the one-year anniversary of his death. I'll Be Seeing You (performed twice): Two friends are reunited briefly a week after one of them committed suicide.
Jessica and Jordan are dedicated to teaching and sharing their talents with their students. I am forever grateful for the opportunities they have given my son.
This is a great group of young adults We especially loved "Olive" but everyone was great We had seen this play before where adults played the kids but this was kids playing kids and it is a refreshing to see such talent in the youth; all were very polite when we spoke to them in the lobby after the play> We look forward to seeing their next production.
Hilarious show with non-stop laughter! Highly recommend!

Fun show with a great cast. I’m glad I went!
Jessica and Jordan have helped me so much as an actor and a singer and just a person in general I highly recommend them.
Excellent program, run by true professionals! My son continues to gain knowledge about the industry, and has grown leaps and bounds since studying with TYP! He is now gaining leadership skills as well! So grateful!
TYP has created a safe and welcoming risk-free environment where the kids feel safe expressing themselves. Jordan and Jessica are amazing teachers and we are so happy to be a part of this company.
Dylan and Asher are both company members and Youth Ambassadors for TYP!!!
