We teach the students a song from the show on the first day of camp that they may use for their audition. Student are encouraged to audition, but it is not required, unless they would like a lead role. Some roles may only need to read from the script, if they do not have singing solos. Additionally a short dance will be taught. Auditions are structured to provide a supportive atmosphere where students are encouraged to be brave, positive, and willing to learn. No previous experience is needed. We will make sure every student is excited about their role and will have a highlighted moment in the show.
Each student must bring their own lunch , water bottle, and snack each day.
Space is limited and registrations are taken on a first come, first served basis. We will have a waitlist, in case of cancellations. TYP offers a payment plan to help you with your family budget.
Drop off is every morning from 8:30am-9am. Pick up is every afternoon from 3pm-3:30pm, unless you sign up for the extended day hours from 3:30pm-5pm.
